    Originally from Placetas, Las Villas, Cuba, Jorge graduated from Miami Coral Park Senior High School in 1977, and later graduated from George T. Baker Aviation School in 1979 after training to be an Aviation Mechanic and Sheet Metal Technician. 

    Jorge joined us at Miami Acura in 2016. He began working in the automotive business in 1980 as a salesperson, and soon worked his way up to Finance and later New and Used Car Manager in Domestic and High Line Vehicles. Jorge was also on the Land Rover remarketing committee from 2003 to 2008, working to set up the Certified Pre-Owned Program and Leasing Program for Pre-Owned. 

    Jorge loves antique muscle cars and airplanes, and enjoys Judo, fishing, boating, and bike-riding. He tries to live a healthy lifestyle and enjoys reading positive and motivational books, especially those about people who overcome adversity to succeed.
